You can schedule an appointment by calling our office, filling out the online booking form on our website, or sending us an email. Our customer support team will help you find a time that works best for you. 

It’s entirely up to you. Many clients prefer to provide us with access to their property and leave a key or code. If you feel more comfortable staying at home, that’s fine too. We’re flexible and will work with whatever arrangement suits you best. 

We understand that life happens and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24-48 hours in advance. For cancellations made without sufficient notice, a cancellation fee may apply. 

The duration of a cleaning appointment varies based on the size and condition of your property and the services requested. A standard two- to three-bedroom home typically takes around 4-6 hours. We will give you a more accurate estimate when booking. 

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, checks, electronic invoice and cash. You can choose the option that’s most convenient for you. For ongoing cleaning services, many clients prefer to set up automatic payments for ease and peace of mind.
